Getting Stats for LibCal

Is there a way to get a statistics report in LibCal? Right now I'm clicking on each event to see if statistics have been entered and I'm looking for an easier way to get that information.

There is!

  • Go to the "Event Explorer" tab and put in the date range you're looking at, (like 11/1/24 - 11/30/24 in this example), and your branch account as the Event Organizer (assuming that all of your programs are created using the generic branch account and folks aren't using their own accounts to put LibCal programs in).
  • Then click "Submit", and after you click that you'll see a button that says "Export Data". That will allow you to download all of that data into an Excel file.
  • When you open that Excel file, all of the attendance stats will be in the two "Actual Attendance" columns (In Person and Online).

I like using "Event Organizer" as the search parameter instead of "Location" because if you still have virtual programs, you won't see them if you just select your branch location, since they're listed under Virtual Events instead.  - Zuiker, Kerri L.
