Fairfax County Courts
- Fairfax County Courts
Three Virginia courts serve the residents of Fairfax County: Circuit Court, General District Court, and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.

- Circuit Court
Serves the residents of Fairfax County and Fairfax City. The Circuit Court is the trial court of general jurisdiction and the largest in Virginia, with fifteen full-time trial judges. It has authority to try both civil and criminal, jury and non-jury cases.
- General District Court
The court most residents of Fairfax County come in contact with. It hears traffic infractions, traffic and criminal misdemeanors, preliminary hearings for felony cases, and civil suits.
- Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court
JDRDC hears cases involving juveniles, crimes against juveniles, and family matters (except divorce) in Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, and the towns of Herndon, Vienna and Clifton.
