Teens submitted fun, unique and delicious recipes for FCPL's Teen Chopped Challenge 2025. Participants were tasked with incorporating three mystery ingredients into their recipes: Dole Pineapple Tidbits, one box of Jiffy corn muffin mix and one packet of honey.
Three winners were chosen:
First Place: "Summer Pineapple Tart" by Aubree Georgia
Second Place: "Cornbread Gorditas With Hot Honey Glazed Chicken And Pineapple Salsa" by Olympia Acree
Third Place: "Cornbread Gnocchi with Pineapple-Basil Pesto And Honey Pepper Crisp Butter" by Hayden Krishna
