Troubleshooting

I’m not sure what my account password (PIN) is, or my password isn’t working.

Reset your password online or ask for assistance at the Information Desk.

I don’t see my document in the Print Station queue.

Documents can sometimes take up to five minutes to appear at the Print Station - check again in a few minutes.

I’m still having trouble with mobile printing, or I have another question.

Library staff are here to help! Please visit the Information Desk at any of our library branches.
