The library is offering many virtual programs for adults. All events require registration. Invitations to join programs will be emailed 1-2 days before the program starts.

Join one of our many live, interactive discussions! 

Chair & Mat Yoga Class
This gentle class uses both the yoga mat and a chair and is designed for relaxation. On Mondays, starting May 1, 10:00 a.m. 

Qigong with Barbara Morganfield
In these Five Element Qigong classes, Barbara will guide us through a series of warm-ups, stretching, and flowing movements that activate and guide the Qi through the body. Mondays, May- June at 12 p.m.

Stand-alone events:

Batik Workshop
Participants will use wax-resist dyeing technique to create their own batik scarf. In-person event at Thomas Jefferson Library, Friday, May 17, 12:30 p.m. Register.

Sitting Meditation
