eBooks, eAudio, eMags & Streaming: Tech Help

Need additional help with using eBooks and eAudiobooks? You can: 

• Chat with a live staff member using our Ask Your Library chat service, available Mondays-Fridays from 10-5:45 pm.
• Submit a question at any time and staff will respond through email.
• Search OverDrive's Help site for specific questions. Libby also has a device-specific help page.
• OverDrive also offers a Support form for more technical issues.

Libby's minimum iOS version is iOS 10. The Android version must be at least 5.0. It is recommended that for the web browser libbyapp.com, you use the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.

I have an OverDrive/Libby Account

If you have holds, checkouts or wish lists in OverDrive or Libby and have changed your card number, please fill out the online form to have OverDrive transfer your items to your new card number.

• Select category: Account — Card Update.
• You will need to provide both your old AND new library card numbers.

I have an Interlibrary Loan (ILL/ILLiad) Account

If you have an existing ILL account (not for regular FCPL holds) please register your new card in the ILLiad system. Then email LibILL with your old AND new library card numbers so that your accounts can be merged.
