This is about a boy whose brain is so super active that even when it's time to sleep, his brain would be so busy worrying that he would not fall asleep. Even when he closes his eyes, he is imagining so many things that could happen--like monsters watching him in the night, the toilet overflowing with tarantulas, visiting the dentist, falling off a cloud, and the world popping like a popcorn.
But when he thought about how the images were coming from his head and that in reality he is literally in his bed and no monsters were really watching him, he decided to sleep and said good night to his thoughts.
If you are like me and suffering from insomnia, this picture book will help you steer your thoughts to the right spot for falling asleep. Good night.
