This is a book of basic life knowledge as quoted by the Pigeon, with illustrations from our favorite author, illustrator and creator of the Piggy and Elephant books. It's more than the quotes that we regularly read and reflect upon, as Mo Willems adds his relatable and relevant illustrations to it. One quotation that stands out is "Every journey ends by not taking another step," where Pigeon is slumped on the couch, watching TV with a bag of chocolate chip cookies. I really find that relatable - but in my case, it would be a bag of chips.
