Ancestry Library Edition can be accessed from any FCPL location. It is available for in-library use only, with no remote access.
Starting from the Ancestry home page, click on "Begin Searching"
Start with a broad search by filling in some basic details and clicking the "Search" button
To narrow down your search, fill in the basic information then click on "Show more options" to fill additional details. We also recommend expanding the search to names that sound alike or are similar, by clicking on the "Exact" option and then all those available in the drop-down menu.
Browse through the results to get an idea of what is available. Proceed to narrow down your search, editing parameters by clicking on the "pencil" icon. Alternatively, you can use the filters on the left side column to focus on vital records, geographical areas, and more.
