Earn FIFTEEN virtual badges by reading or listening to books, reading for 20 minutes, completing activities or a combination of all three. Children can be read to or read books on their own. Once you have earned your badges, visit your local library branch and receive prizes.

Attend some of our preschool and school-age summer reading events!

Parents and Caregivers: While anyone can use a paper reading log, we encourage parents/caregivers of very young children to use them. Make sure to display reading logs in a special place so children can see their progress. After finishing the program (congratulations!), sign into Beanstack to record reading. Children will delight in observing you enter their progress and collect their virtual badges.

If you don’t want to use Beanstack, take logs to your local library branch to receive prizes. Looking for a log in Spanish, Korean or Arabic? Visit our Translated Logs page
