Adding or Deleting a Reader

Adding a Reader to Your Account:

If you need to add additional family members, it is possible to do that after the account has been created.

1. Go to fairfaxcounty.beanstack.org.
2. Sign into your account. From there, you will be taken to the Reader Dashboard.
3. Click on the Account holder’s name in upper right-hand corner. A drop-down box will appear.
4. Choose “Add a Reader” and complete the required fields.

Deleting a Reader from Your Account: 

You can also delete a reader at any time but note that this is an irreversible action that scrubs their reading data forever.

1. Go to fairfaxcounty.beanstack.org.

2. Sign into your account. From there, you will be taken to the Reader Dashboard.

3. Select that reader name to toggle to their dashboard and then click the pencil icon next to their name.

4. This will take you to their personal preferences and information. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Delete Reader section and check off the corresponding boxes. Remember that this will permanently delete that reader and their data forever.
