Reading Adventures for Youth and Adults

Adults like reading and getting prizes, too!  Here's how you can participate:

  1. Go to fairfaxcounty.beanstack.org and register for the Adult Summer Reading Adventure 2024. 
  2. Earn TEN virtual badges by reading or listening to books, reading for 30 minutes, completing activities or a combination of all three.
  3. Once you have earned ten badges, visit your neighborhood library branch and receive prizes - coupon sheets from community sponsors and Fairfax County Park Authority.

Make sure to attend some of our adult summer reading events and participate in our short story contest!

Don't want to use Beanstack? Print a paper reading log or get one from your neighborhood library branch. Return your log by August 18, 2024 to receive prizes for completing the program!
